- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation for diverse client portfolios
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data and implement financial controls
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Support clients with financial reporting and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
