Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement QuickBooks accounting solutions for clients
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax codes
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
