Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Manage employee timesheets, deductions, and garnishments
- Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate employee records
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on new hires and terminations
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliations
- Stay updated on Tennessee payroll tax legislation changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
