Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule
- Manage tax filings, deductions, and compliance documentation
- Utilize ADP/Workday systems for payroll administration
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on employee data maintenance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly payroll reports
- Support year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s)
