Responsibilities
- Analyze credit applications, financial statements, and business reports to assess risk levels.
- Review and evaluate customer creditworthiness using established criteria and scoring models.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for loan approval or denial.
- Monitor account performance and identify trends in delinquency or default risk.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NACM, NFCC) are a plus.
