Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service at the teller window and lobby.
- Verify customer identity and ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations and security protocols.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and basic account maintenance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products and services.
- Balance the cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic.
