Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and account analysis
- Coordinate with international teams for cross-border transactions
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures
- Develop financial models and variance reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excel pivot table and VBA skills
- Ability to work independently in remote team settings
