Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Manage month-end closing processes and journal entries
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with global teams during Asia-Pacific market hours
- Implement GAAP-compliant accounting procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proven night shift or remote finance work history
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
