Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with exceptional accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during night shift operations
- Conduct comprehensive bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems for night shift workflows
- Collaborate with auditors during night-shift engagements
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven expertise with QuickBooks and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with night shift or alternative schedule preferred
