Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions for multiple accounts
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain accurate general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Assist with audits and financial reviews
- Implement internal controls to prevent fraud
- Collaborate with day-time finance team during handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCB) preferred
