Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable for the evening cycle.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns as required.
- Assist auditors with year-end reporting and document requests.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred.
