- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts daily
- Process accounts payable/receivable with zero-tolerance error rates
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Implement and optimize accounting controls for compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Support month-end closing procedures within 24-hour window
- Train junior staff on accounting software protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping with night shift or remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Proven track record in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in reconciliations
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
