Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation analysis
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Strong experience with financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations compliance requirements
- Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) highly desirable
