Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume monthly reconciliations for multiple client accounts and entities.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and petty cash accounts nightly.
- Prepare and post adjusting entries to ensure financial statements are accurate.
- Assist with the month-end close process and generate financial reports.
- Review invoices for accuracy and approve payments within established credit limits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies immediately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a quiet environment.
