Responsibilities
- Process and post daily journal entries and financial transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Manage accounts payable invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and inventory records.
- Respond to inquiries regarding account status and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
