Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Process payroll and manage timekeeping systems specifically for night operations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and audit preparation support.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
