Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently during night operations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and general ledger adjustments.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings for the night shift workforce.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for fiscal records.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
