Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Generate and maintain accurate financial reports and ledgers.
- Process payroll for the night shift team with strict attention to detail.
- Manage and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers of financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
