Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank transactions nightly
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage electronic document storage and retrieval systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
