We are looking for a candidate who can ensure our financial records are precise, timely, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Process and categorize invoices and expense reports efficiently.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and financial documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Assist the senior accounting team with ad-hoc financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a night shift environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
