Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll for 200+ employees
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with zero-tolerance error rate
- Collaborate with tax specialists for quarterly compliance
- Implement internal controls for financial data security
- Train night shift staff on financial procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years' bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) mandatory
- Proven track record of 100% audit compliance
