Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 50+ client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Process payroll and tax filings with ADP integration
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for executive review
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with CPA firm for quarterly audits
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Experience with multi-state accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet strict financial deadlines
