Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings for diverse client portfolios
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary software
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Support month-end closing processes during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Oregon state tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced problem-solving skills for complex reconciliations
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
