Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day reconciliation for multi-entity accounts using QuickBooks and SAP
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for executive review before market open
- Implement internal controls to safeguard asset integrity during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with international finance teams across time zones
- Maintain audit-ready documentation with SOX compliance protocols
- Optimize automated workflows using Power BI and Excel macros
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in regulated industries
- Nightly availability for 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4x/week)
- Advanced QuickBooks certification and SAP proficiency
- CPA or equivalent financial designation preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and GAAP standards
- Proven track record with high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail under pressure
