Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and journal entries.
- Manage and reconcile vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring time cards and pay rates are correct.
- Maintain the general ledger in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic tax preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation (optional) but must be available for night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST).
