Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
- Process payroll entries and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for executive review.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for client records.
- Assist with tax preparation support and year-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic financial analysis principles.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
