Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and audit preparation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Monday through Friday.
