Responsibilities
- Process and verify daily invoices for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Manage payroll entries and maintain accurate employee time logs.
- Prepare and post monthly financial reports, trial balances, and general ledgers.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial audits.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents securely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on error-free data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
