We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle the financial backbone of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties including accurate data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Generate and review monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with clients regarding account discrepancies and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Must be available to work 2nd shift or night shift (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
