Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare financial statements and management reports weekly
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and improve financial systems and controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
