Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for 15+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting
- Ensure SOX compliance for client portfolios
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in tech industry
- Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Expertise in GAAP and California tax regulations
- Proficient in Excel with VBA knowledge
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or EA designation a major plus
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
