Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions daily
- Process payroll bi-weekly ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with organized documentation
- Generate monthly financial reports including profit/loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with tax preparation and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation
