Responsibilities
- Manage Day-to-Day Financial Operations: Perform essential bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reconciliation.
- Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure financial integrity.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll and manage timecards specifically for night shift operations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial records are organized and up-to-date.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot discrepancies and maintain high accuracy in data entry.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the finance team during shift handovers.
