Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily bookkeeping transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries with high accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
