Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance for multiple clients.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly financial close.
- Process payroll entries and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Review and approve vendor invoices for payment processing.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in financial data.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
