- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements within 48 hours
- Manage payroll processing for multiple business entities during night shifts
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines during night operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation highly desirable
