Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Maintain QuickBooks databases and financial reporting systems
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation

- Collaborate with Illinois-based finance team on cross-projects

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Pro certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
