Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for optimal financial workflow
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CPA firms for tax preparation and audits
- Maintain organized digital financial records using Xero/QuickBooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero
- Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associates/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-client bookkeeping platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
