Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements nightly
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with day-team finance leadership for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state financial operations
- CPA or certification a significant plus
