Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records with strict confidentiality protocols
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and month-end closings
- Collaborate with auditors during tax season and compliance reviews
- Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to business owners
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting month-end deadlines consistently
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
