Responsibilities
- Process and post daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, with 100% accuracy.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Manage and update general ledger accounts for assigned clients.
- Prepare and file monthly financial reports and tax documentation.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and journal entry preparation.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding account balances and transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work a regular night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
