Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Process payroll for multiple clients with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) to record transactions and update ledgers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
