Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, for the night shift cycle.
- Process payroll for the evening workforce accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure all documentation is filed correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) to update ledgers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
