Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit compliance.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Assist the senior finance team with month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict night shift deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
