Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions and reconcile accounts with precision
- Generate monthly financial statements and reports for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledgers
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
- Collaborate with day team for seamless financial handovers
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel tools for data analysis
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) highly desirable
