Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Handle AP/AR cycles and vendor payment processing
- Support year-end audit preparations and tax documentation
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data
- Collaborate with auditors during off-site inspections
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or QuickBooks certification highly valued
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous night shift or remote accounting experience
