Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring they are sent to clients on time for timely collections.
- Assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries and accruals.
- Generate and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic payroll processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high confidentiality.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required for this role.
