Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to the penny.
- Enter and verify financial transactions into QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Generate and distribute financial reports to management.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and error-free data entry.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night setting.
