Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage QuickBooks software for data entry and account management
- Assist with audits and financial documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification (QB ProAdvisor, CPA) a plus
- Experience with multi-currency accounting beneficial
