Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and payroll entries
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage multi-client bookkeeping portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements for overnight accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
